Before transitioning fully into impact investing, Luca built a strong corporate track record as a C-suite executive. He served as CEO and Managing Director at Fedrigoni Paper, a Bain Capital-backed company, and as Vice President and General Manager at Amcor, where he led global sustainability initiatives. Across roles at Hewlett-Packard, Honeywell and Bain & Company, he focused on strategic growth, innovation and ESG leadership.
In addition to his VC leadership, Luca is a Sustainability Operating Advisor with major private equity firms and holds independent board and advisory roles with several impact-oriented companies. He also contributes as a judge and mentor in leading startup accelerators.
